If you are a school teacher or qualify for this credit union (check this link for eligibility) the West Covina branch is ran by a Very Professional and “Can Do” person.  Estela was presented a Customer Servive opportunity and I do have to say she performed flawlessly.  Very professional, warm, understanding and is very hands on.  When I asked for the Manager she stayed with me until everything was resolved up and beyond my expectations!
